See What makes a Landscape for more thoughts on this.

What we do
Our winter meetings (usually Sep-March) are a mixture of talks presented by group members on aspects of Landscape, or research themes.

Our research themes have included -
- The Growth of the Railway
- Lead Mining in the North Pennines
- Drove Roads

- Field Boundaries
