We meet in the Torch Centre, Corbridge Road, Hexham, NE46 1QS (opposite Hexham Hospital) every Thursday from 10.00 a.m.-11 a.m.

Both Tai Chi groups have proved immensely popular and now have long waiting lists and so it is with regret that we have had to close both waiting lists for the moment.

Wear loose clothing and light footwear.

If you like doing something different or want to improve your health then Tai Chi Ch'uan is for you. Gentle exercises which help mobility and breathing exercises to improve one’s “chi” are followed by learning the Tai Chi “form” which the Chinese practise in parks everywhere in the world. Why not join us and have some fun as well? The Tai Chi Group now has 17 members so the cost to each one of us for the hire of the Torch Centre is £2.00 per session.
